Late Payments

For those homeowners who are either late or do not pay their monthly $375 dues, you will continue to be assessed a late fee. 
Our bylaws and New York State also allows for an interest rate charge. The Late Fee is $40.00 for payments received over
30 days late and $5.00 for each additional month late. 
 

Refinance and Release Letters Fee

Make Check Payable to: Captain's Quarters HOA when requesting a letter.
Effective January 1, 2024, the following fees will increase:
  • Release Letter - $250.00
  • PUD Form - $250.00

Capital Reserve Fund contributions and New Home Owners Initial Assessment

Effective January 1, 2024, the following fees will increase:
  • Capital Reserve Fund contributions and New Home Owners Initial Assessment - $2,500.00:

Sewer by Rapid Sewer Company

Sewer, Toilet and or sinks clogged ? The company that services Captains Quarters is Rapid Sewer. Call if you have any problems

718-720-5222 or 718-720-0840. If the problem is with the main sewer Rapid Sewer will bill the HOA.

All repairs not covered by HOA will be homeowners responsibility.

Tennis Court Hours

Weather Permitting

Monday-Friday: 4:00PM - Dusk (Special hours are now available from 10:00AM-4PM please call 347-524-9938 to reserve your time)

Saturday-Sunday: 12:00PM - Dusk

 

Garbage Pick Up Days:

Garbage is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycles are picked up on Friday.

Please put all garbage out Monday and Thursday after 5:00P

If pick up is on a Holiday check www.nyc.gov/sanitation for schedule.
